The Hercules Snail (Brotia herculea) is a large, impressive freshwater snail valued for its size, durability, and steady grazing behavior. Known for its elongated, sculpted shell and strong presence in the aquarium, this species contributes to biofilm control and detritus processing in established systems.

Collected specimens originate from natural river systems and are carefully acclimated prior to sale. Once settled, Hercules Snails adapt well to stable aquariums with appropriate mineral content and structure.

Due to its adult size and active grazing habits, the Hercules Snail is best suited for medium to large freshwater aquariums where its natural behavior and growth can be supported long-term.
